Our Mobile Kitchen unit is fitted with standard commercial equipment and has excellent service for outdoor weddings. Our unit is environmentally compatible and user-friendly. We provide all required cooking utensils and red seal certified chefs on location. We are fitted with extension cords to plug into 220 power sources. When power is unavailable we are fitted with a 6500 Honda generator to supply power to our unit. Our kitchen features on-demand hot water and freshwater holding tanks. We offer on-site tours to evaluate site requirements. We are regularly inspected by local fire and health departments to ensure our systems are up to date.
